On 15 April 2025 The Omagh Bombing Inquiry and the Government of Ireland published the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to allow the chairman and members of his team access to material held by the Government of Ireland.  You can access the full MoU in the above link.

A restriction order has been made by the Inquiry Chairman relating to materials received from the Government of Ireland, which is available to read on this link.
