* OPB1 and OPB2 are ex-senior police officers who indicated in their applications that, for reasons detailed in their applications, if their applications were successful, they would make applications for anonymity. It would be premature for the Inquiry to request an application for a restriction order at this stage when it is not clear what involvement OPB1 and OPB2 will have in the Inquiry but the requirement for such an application in due course will be kept under review.
