Omagh Bombing Inquiry holds preliminary hearing

On Tuesday 30th July at 10am, the Omagh Bombing Inquiry will hold a preliminary hearing in the Strule Arts Centre in Omagh. This is the first hearing to be held by the Inquiry.

The preliminary hearing is one of the first steps in a public inquiry and sets the direction of the Inquiry. It allows the Chairman to consider procedural issues relating to the conduct of future public hearings and the Inquiry’s investigation.
